Handyscan Lets You Scan and Upload Anything to the Cloud

Here’s an app for Windows Phone 7 that some of you might find useful. Handyscan lets you use the camera in order to scan documents and upload them to either Dropbox or Skydrive. The $2.49 paid version even lets you convert the scanned images to PDFs, which is a pretty nice feature. It also lets you email documents, while the free version only allows for Skydrive/Dropbox uploading. The app includes some other useful features like cropping, adding text, and scanning multiple pages to a single document. You can even use digitally scanned signatures to “sign” other documents. Check out the video below for a closer look at how it works.

Yes, you can also use OneNote to take photos and attach them to OneNote pages which automatically get synced to SkyDrive, but if you prefer using PDF files, Handyscan creates them nicely.
