Motorola Announces XT928 for China
Motorola is being pretty busy with releasing smartphones lately, after they unveiled the MT917 and the XT615 for China just the other day. On that same note, the manufacturer is announcing the XT928 for the Chinese market via China Telecom.
We’ve taken a sneak peak at the XT928 two weeks ago but now it is official. It is advertised as a “dual-core, dual-mode, dual-standby” phone — this may sound LG-ish to you as the Optimus 3D was also a tri-dual phone: dual-core, dual-channel, dual-memory.
The screen has a resolution of 720 x 1280 and measures 4.5 inches. Under the hood there’s a 1.2GHz dual-core processor, 1GB of RAM, 13-megapixel rear-facing camera with 1080p recording, 1.3-megapixel webcam, as well as Android 2.3 Gingerbread. The Motorola XT928 will be available in China next month but exact information regarding availability date and price has not been made public yet.
