Acer’s getting its feet wet in the Windows Phone market with the release of its Allegro, the company’s first such smartphone. We had been expecting the phone to launch in early December; at least, that’s when retailers had been indicating that they expected to be able to begin sales. While some are still indicating that they won’t get the phone until next month, we’re now seeing the first signs of the Allegro becoming available just a little bit early.

French site Rue du Commerce indicates that it currently has the Acer Allegro in-stock and ready for you to buy. The price is a little higher than we had previously seen the phone at eXpansys, but if you’re willing to pay what works out to about $32 more, it looks like the opportunity to get an Allegro is already here.

The Allegro features a 3.6-inch display, a 1GHz processor, and 8GB of storage.
