In this episode of the Windows Phone 7 App Roundup we demonstrate five applications in 30 seconds each. These apps will keep you entertained, get a nice version of Google Maps on your Windows Phone 7 smartphone, and learn to do practically anything. To download these apps directly to your WP7 device, just click on the title of the application and the Zune software will automatically launch to the app in Marketplace. If you have the free Microsoft Tag app installed on your WP7 smartphone just snap a picture of the Tag image and the mobile Marketplace will navigate to that app.

eHow – A free aplication


Learn to do practically anything with eHow. This app gives detailed instruction on how to complete various jobs around the house and much more. View directions from categories and save the articles to your favorites.


Free Talking Alarm Clock – A free application


If you have trouble getting up in the morning you will really appreciate Free Talking Alarm Clock. Change the way the time is displayed, add your own backgrounds, and change the voices of the alarm clock. Add your own customized alarm greeting to make sure you will not sleep in.


Silveos Phone – A free application


Silveos Phone turns your Windows Phone 7 smartphone into a simulated desktop. Play games, create documents, surf the web, and much more. The application looks very similar to a Windows 7 PC and lets your do almost anything that you can do on your home computer.


gMaps – A lite and $1.99 full version


Get Google Maps on your Windows Phone 7 smartphone with gMaps. This app has many advanced features that allow you to change the way layers are viewed. Check out the current weather information based on locations, view photos, get traffic delays, and mass transit routes.


Skee Ball 7 – A free application


Like the classic carnival game, Skee Ball 7 is a fun game where you toss a small ball down a lane to try and score points by sinking the ball into pockets.
