Previously we showed you how to run Android 4.0 in an emulator environment on your PC. It wasn’t long after that that an Ice Cream Sandwich ROM for the Nexus S appeared online. In this video, we show you ICS running successfully on the Nexus S. Surprisingly, it’s good enough to work as your daily driver, although you’ll experience the occasional force close, and the ROM isn’t exactly optimized for speed. Hit the source link to download ICS for the Nexus S in beta form. To install, just enter your bootloader by holding volume up and power when the device is off, enter Recovery mode, and install the Zip from your SD card. Of course, you need to be rooted to do this.
