Verizon System Shows Samsung Galaxy Nexus With 4G LTE

Looks like previous rumors turned out to be true as Google has already erected its Android Ice Cream Sandwich statue and Samsung has confirmed that there will be a device launch on October 19 in Hong Kong.

As you can see in the image above, snapped from the Verizon Device Management system, the Samsung Galaxy Nexus is listed there with 4G LTE capability. This not only comes as a confirmation of the name and LTE-speeds but it might as well be a good indication of a possible (initial) Verizon exclusive for a short period of time, as rumored. On the downside, there’s a big “N” (as in No) in the box that should describe world phone capabilities. We’ll definitely know more next Wednesday!
