Apple’s Next iPhone Already In Testing With Carriers?

Apple’s upcoming iPhone might easily be the most rumored phone, with hear-say circulating from aspect, internals to availability date. We’ve recently heard that the September date rumored for the launch might be actually an October date and today we find out carriers are purportedly already testing it.

The Guardian does not agree with All Things D’s take on an October launch and considers the iPhone(s), as there might not only be one, are still on track for September. In order to sustain this argument, the article claims that carriers are already testing out the next-gen Apple-phone.

“The next iPhones go for their testing inside locked and sealed boxes so that the carriers can carry out checks on their network compatibility in their labs”. This is also Apple’s alleged way of concealing the design and keeping it secret until the launch, but the hardware needs to be field tested for compatibility.

We’re fighting rumors with more rumors here but until we see or hear something official, it’s all we’ve got. From all these rumors we’ve been hearing, someone’s got to be right, even if it’s just a lucky guess.
