LG MS910 Bryce Spotted For MetroPCS LTE (Photos) (Update)
A few weeks ago we got news of some of LG’s Android smartphones headed to a couple of the smaller US carriers. One of those was the MS910, a MetroPCS version of the VS910, AKA LG Revolution on Verizon LTE. While there’s still no official word on the phone, we now have our hands on a whole bunch of pictures showing off the MS910 with MetroPCS branding, as well as a rumored release window.
The MS910, going by the code name Bryce, looks like it will be largely identical to the Revolution. That means the same 4.3-inch WVGA display, front-facing camera, 512MB of RAM, and 1GHz Snapdragon. One thing that will get an upgrade is the system software, with the MS910 reportedly shipping with Gingerbread 2.3.4. On the flip side, it seems that storage may go from 16GB in the Revolution to 4GB here. Look for it on MetroPCS LTE in early Q4 2011.
That’s not the only LG Android we’re watching out for, since there also appears to be a model VS920 in the works. Like the Revolution, this will be an LTE model on Verizon. Its existence was revealed with the publication of its Bluetooth SIG qualification, but other than carrier and network type, we don’t have much to go on at the moment. We’ll hopefully dig more up on that one in the coming months.
UPDATE: As if summoned forth by all this recent talk about it, the LG MS910 has just arrived at the FCC, MetroPCS bands in tow.
