We first heard of HTC’s plans to bring the T-Mobile myTouch 4G in other markets back in May and later we learned that the device, while codenamed Glacier for T-Mobile, will be referred to as the Panache on Mobilicity and Videotron up north in Canada.

It appears that Cincinnati Bell, the dominant telephone company for Cincinnati, Ohio, and its nearby suburbs in the U.S. states of Ohio, Indiana and Kentucky, also brings the Glacier to its line-up as the HTC Panache. It goes for $199.99 with a two-year contract and $399.99 for the device only which runs Android 2.3 Gingerbread with a Qualcomm Snapdragon MSM8255 1GHz processor on board, 3.8-inch WVGA screen, 786MB RAM, 8 GB microSD card pre-installed with support to up to 32GB, five-megapixel main camera with autofocus and LED flash, VGA front-facing webcam, 1400 mAh battery.
