ZTE is a Chinese smartphone manufacturer, among others, along with Huawei, and it has just detailed its new Android smartphone called the Libra which we have met with the occasion of this year’s Mobile World Congress.

The Libra is running Android 2.3.4 and features a 600MHz Qualcomm MSM7227-1 CPU, 3.5-inch WVGA screen, three-megapixel auto-focus camera, WiFi, Bluetooth, accelerometer, proximity sensor, digital compass, a-GPS and a 1300 mAh battery. The ZTE Libra, aka X880, has recently hit Asia and we’re expecting it to enter other markets soon too, with low price being one of its strongest points. Check out the Libra at ZTE’s MWC booth (at the 00:30 mark).
