In this episode of the Windows Phone 7 App Roundup we demonstrate five applications in 30 seconds each. These apps will keep you entertained, allow you to share and edit your photos, and update your Twitter status on the go. To download these apps directly to your WP7 device, just click on the title of the application and the Zune software will automatically launch to the app in Marketplace. If you have the free Microsoft Tag app installed on your WP7 smartphone just snap a picture of the Tag image and the mobile Marketplace will navigate to that app.

Birdsong is a simple Twitter client that allows status updates, replies to messages, and the ability to view mentions. If the app is set as a Live Tile the updates and information will be displayed on the Windows Phone 7 home screen. There is also Bing Maps integration which lets you share your location.

Flick+Share – A free application

Flick+Share lets you share your existing photos or newly captured photos with your friends, family, or anyone else. The app works by selecting a photo and shaking your Windows Phone 7 smartphone to send the photo. There are also options to share photos over MMS or email.

Thumba Photo Editor is an easy to use photo editing app with many effects. Just select a photo from your library and begin editing with the included tools. There are options to add boarders, pinch and bloat, crop, resize, and much more.
