In this episode of the Windows Phone 7 App Roundup we demonstrate five applications in 30 seconds each. These apps will keep you entertained, allow you to upload, share and download your Picasa photos, and listen to streaming radio stations. To download these apps directly to your WP7 device, just click on the title of the application and the Zune software will automatically launch to the app in Marketplace. If you have the free Microsoft Tag app installed on your WP7 smartphone just snap a picture of the Tag image and the mobile Marketplace will navigate to that app.

Picasa Metro – Trial and $1.29 full version


Picasa Metro is a brilliant app that allows you to access your Google Picasa photo albums on your Windows Phone 7 smartphone. Upload photos to your Picasa account, share various albums with others, and save existing Picasa photos directly to your smartphone.


Slacker Radio – A free application


Slacker Radio is a great app for all music buffs. Listen to popular genres and search for your favorite artist or song to find the perfect radio station to fit your needs. The premium monthly service gives you options to skip songs and will eliminate the advertisements. The plans start at $3.99 to $4.99 a month.


Mars Runner – A free application


Mars Runner is a simple survival app that will test your reaction time. Navigate over the Mars surface while avoiding rocks to earn more points and trophies. Touch and hold the screen to boost.


Movie Trivia – A free application


Are you the type of person that is constantly quoting movie lines, or want to be that type of person? Movie Trivia is a simple time-waster game that has tons of questions varying from actors to taglines. Test your movie knowledge and try to earn a perfect score. If you answer incorrectly you still have a couple more changes to answer depending on the difficulty level.


Occupied – A fee application


Occupied is a very addictive and challenging game. The object of the game is to place various people and objects into their designated aircraft facility before the timer runs out. If the timer expires before the required number of people and objects has been moved the pilot will be unable to continue on to the final destination. Be careful to watch exactly where the people and objects should go because they will move rapidly as you progress through the levels.
