It wasn’t long ago that the Motorola i1x iDEN-capable QWERTY smartphone hit the FCC, and now we’re getting more information about the Nextel-destined device. Seen here in a full photo spread, we can see that the screen is similarly-sized to the Droid Pro, at a bit over 3″, and probably HVGA resolution. Behind the back battery cover we see the SIM card slot and microSD card bay. The camera on back is 5MP with an LED flash. According to the the user manual available with the FCC filing, the device has a touchscreen lock key on the top of the device, to prevent the screen from turning on accidentally with one of the many hardware buttons. The phone is also running with Motoblur, providing a variety of resizable widgets.
