AT&T should be adding the entry-level, Android 2.2 Froyo-powered Sharp “Capa” (that’s a codename) to its lineup in short order, where it will be joining the recently-released pre- and post-paid Optimus One variants, the LG Phoenix and LG Thrive. Going by the model number ADS1, Capa will feature just a 600MHz processor from Qualcomm, 320 x 480 HVGA resolution (screen size: unknown), 512MB of RAM, only a three-megapixel camera, 802.11b/g/n Wi-Fi, and Bluetooth 2.1+ EDR. It boasts of solid HTML5 support — 176/300 on html5test.com — and of course offers HSDPA on both 850MHz and 1900MHz AT&T 3G bands. Look for this budget handset to land any day now.
