Samsung has got a streak on its hands, with a bunch of new Android hardware continuing to pour out. First we saw the international launch of the Galaxy S II, then the Infuse 4G on AT&T. The next Samsung to emerge may have just been revealed: model number SGH-T759, supposedly called the Exhibit 4G.

From the surprisingly decent photos of the smartphone that have so far been made available, we can see that the Exhibit 4G would be a T-Mobile device running Android Gingerbread. The tipster who provided the images coughed up a few specifications for the phone, and from what we’ve gleaned from the User Agent profile on Samsung’s site, the information so far checks out.

The Exhibit 4G should be powered by a 1.4GHz ARM11-based processor, feature a 480 x 800 resolution 3.7-inch AMOLED display, and have both front and rear cameras. The one on the back is supposed to be five megapixels and feature 720p video recording, while the front’s your standard VGA resolution for video chat.

This Android looks nearly ready-to-go, so don’t be surprised if we hear an announcement from T-Mobile or Samsung sometime soon. Samsung does have another press event planned for May 24, after all…
