Verizon Droid Charge to Start Selling on May 3? Dump Available

Everyone expected the Verizon Droid Charge to launch last week but an LTE outage seems to have ruined everything. Now that LTE has been restored, it should only be a matter of days until Verizon outs the highly anticipated Samsung Droid Charge. May 3 is the word on the street.

According to the screenshot above, Costco will get the smartphone on May 2 and there’s a big ugly “do not sell until May 3” flag to make you all wait just one more day. If this info turns out to be accurate, the Verizon Droid Charge will meet its new owners on Tuesday next week and not only via Costco but (it’s safe to assume on) all channels.

While you wait for the smartphone you might be interested to check out the 300 MB system dump with all the goodies (wallpapers, ringtones, etc.). There’s TouchWiz 3, Media Hub, a new build of CityID and everything one might need to start planning on a custom ROM.
