Radio From Leaked HTC Thunderbolt ROM Fixes Issues

If you are lucky to have a Verizon HTC Thunderbolt you’ll be glad to find out that somehow a ROM has been leaked, stripped down and rebuilt with a new Radio that allegedly fixes some of the issues the smartphone was reported to have.

The new radio is version 1.16.00.402 and if you are an advanced user knowing your way around root and custom ROMs, you can grab a new version by following the source link. Features and fixes are in the category of SQLite, GPS Location Services, LTE/3G handoff, Audio recording, Video playback and Proximity sensor drain. If you’re not that advanced and rather wait for an official update, don’t worry, leaks are usually followed by an official release, just be patient.
