HTC Pyramid Gets Bluetooth and WiFi Certifications?

Remember the first renders of the HTC Pyramid? They were shortly after followed by the first real world blurry pics of initially its back and then its front, with the screen blurred out.

A device codenamed PG58XXX (most probably an indicator of more devices wearing similar codenames) has received both WiFi and Bluetooth certifications with very high chances of this being the Pyramid. It seems to support WiFi b/g/n on 2.4GHz and 5GHz frequencies as well as Bluetooth 3.0. What’s even more interesting is that according to Bluetooth SIG, the device is listed to be available in the future in Europe, North America and South America. Of course, this is no guarantee of actual market availability in those regions.

The HTC Pyramid has a 4.3-inch screen with 540 x 960 qHD display and a 1.2GHz processor with 768MB of RAM. These are only alleged specs to keep you warm until we hear something more official than the numbers that went with the leaked renders. Having specs so close to the HTC EVO 3D, we’re quite certain it will come with Android 2.3 Gingerbread (or at least is should).
