New Motorola motoBLUR Sends Text Message on Call Reject

The leaked Android 2.3 Gingerbread ROM for the Motorola Droid X and Motorola Droid 2 that saw the light of day earlier this week also brings a new motoBLUR feature to the table.

Turns out that when you reject an incoming call, you are presented with an option to send a text message to your caller. You can select to send predefined text messages or compose your own. While this is a great and welcome addition to Motorola’s own motoBLUR fans, this isn’t really something new as HTC had this implemented from the old pre-Sense days of TouchFLO 3D back on the HTC Touch HD.
