Did Samsung Just Trademark the US Galaxy S II Variants?

Looks like the Korean smartphone manufacturer Samsung filed for three trademarks which might turn out to be the names of the US variants for the Samsung Galaxy S II. The names filed for are Galaxy Attain, Galaxy Function and Galaxy Within. Since these names haven’t been filed for trademark neither in Europe nor Korea, the odds are in favor of them being the AT&T, Verizon and Sprint variant names.

Following the recent trends in 4G tech, we might see some of these featuring 4G-capable radios but the essential specs are likely to remain unchanged: dual-core processor (either Exynos 4210 CPU aided by the Mali-400 MP GPU or nVidia Tegra 2, running a ULP GeForce GPU), 4.27-inch WVGA Super AMOLED Plus display, eight-megapixel camera with 1080p video capture and 2-megapixel front-facing webcam.
