Messenger by Miyowa Now Has Live Tile

Messenger by Miyowa is one of your only choices for Windows Live Messenger instant messaging on the Windows Phone 7 platform since Microsoft did not take it upon themselves to integrate their own client with the new operating system. At first it wasn’t so great, but today we see yet another update that brings some great new features. In addition to the push toast pop-ups that arrived in the previous update, now we’ve got a live tile that shows you your online status as well as wether or not you have any messages waiting.

You’ll also notice options for customizable background wallpaper within the app, and a conversation clean up feature.
