A-to-B Turn-by-Turn Navigation App for Windows Phone 7

While we probably won’t see CoPilot Live or TomTom on Windows Phone 7 any time soon, there is a free navigation solution that recently popped up on the Marketplace. Although it’s in a “demonstration” phase of development at the moment, A-to-B is a new app that features turn-by-turn routing, 3D/2D map views, the ability to save addresses as favorites, and more. The current version is geared for the US, but the next update will include support for Europe. Check out the feature-list and a demo of the upcoming features below, then head to the WP7 Marketplace to test it out for free. Early reviews sound optimistic, so let us know if you see the same potential.

Current Features (v1.0):

– Turn-by-turn routing.

– Sound notification when a turn is coming up.

– Add often used destinations as favorites.

– List of recent destinations.

– Routes all over US

– Worldwide map (detail may vary).

Coming in Next Update (v1.1):

– Support for routing in Europe.

– Aerial view in 2D map view.
