Samsung Galaxy Ace Appears on Samsung Website

It looks like the rumored Samsung Galaxy Ace, previously thought to be perhaps the Galaxy Mini, is now on Samsung’s website. It looks like the handset will first be sold in Asia, though perhaps it’ll be picked up by a US carrier. The sleek device will be available in black or white, offering a simple and svelte design. It’s a bit of a midrange device, with an HVGA 3.5″ display running on Android 2.2 with Touchwiz, a 5MP camera with flash, a 1350mAh battery, plus perhaps an 800MHz CPU with 512MB of RAM (CPU/RAM specs aren’t given, so we’re guessing). Overall the Galaxy Ace seems to be a “light” version of the acclaimed Galaxy S, so we’re looking forward to this rolling out.
