Asus E600 Windows Phone 7 is a Developer Handset

We were among the first to show you what appeared to be a pretty slick Windows Phone 7 device from Asus last summer. Later, we learned that the device was the Asus E600. But like the Samsung Taylor and LG Panther, the Asus E600 is a development device that will never be released, despite earlier thinking that it might be unveiled as a second wave of Windows Phone 7 devices at Mobile World Congress. We’re thinking that at some point in 2011, Asus will indeed have a Windows Phone 7 handset to show, and it might bear resemblance to the E600.
