Over the last few weeks we’ve seen a couple sneak peeks at a Sony Ericsson Xperia phone, presumably the next X10 Mini Pro. While the company hasn’t confirmed or denied any of those speculations, that assessment is starting to seem quite spot-on, as the company recently confirmed its commitment to the Xperia Mini line of phones, promising that such models are on their way.

Steven Walker, who heads global marketing for Sony Ericsson, said, “all these lines we created in 2010 will roll forward into 2011 and beyond… We will see new Minis in the future.” Walker also discussed how the company is trying to create phones for a variety of users tastes. Just how many Minis we could see this year is up-in-the-air. We’ll update you with the rumors about what’s coming as we hear them.
