HTC is on the verge of announcing a new 4G device at CES (and we’ll be there to report on it for you). We thought that the device, presumed to be the Incredible HD, would ship as the Verizon Thunderbolt (heck, Verizon recently trademarked the name), and new information once again confirms this name to be accurate. If you haven’t yet seen, HTC is showing an advertisment on a variety of tech sites (including this one) touting its upcoming new release, and if you click on the ad, you’re redirected to the following URL: http://www.htc.com/4G?extcid=Thunderbolt-4G-Disp (which now shows a 404 error), showing the “Thunderbolt 4G” moniker. Sound edgy!
