Customizable SiMi Folder Widget for Android

Android already allows us to create folders for grouping shortcuts out of the box, but it‘s always nice to have options. Hateman, from XDA, has developed a new folder widget for Android that offers an alternative method of organizing apps. Unlike the default folders, SiMi folder is compact and scrolls horizontally. It comes with six widget sizes, nine layouts, and allows users to link an unlimited number of apps to each folder. The folder icons, text color, text size, and background color can all be customized too. For now, you can only add apps, but the next update will include support for contacts, bookmarks, and special folders. Get the widget for free by searching “SiMi Folder” in the Android Market or scan the QR code below with your phone. Don’t forget to give the developer feedback on his XDA thread as well.
