HTC Knight Appears in Best Buy Data Transfer System

If you thought for a second that there is not enough mystery around the HTC Knight (aka Speedy and who knows, maybe EVO Shift 4G), you were wrong as the device just popped up on Best Buy’s data transfer system.

Rumored to be a Sprint WiMAX version of the T-Mobile G2, there’s not much known about the handset except for its slide-out QWERTY keyboard and alleged 3.7-inch display. Renders from a ROM leak indicated no existence of front facing camera but that doesn’t seem to be a turn down as everyone is expecting the device to appear at CES in January. The device runs by the code of “PG0610” which is a first appearance and AndroidCentral reports that it’s different from the coding A7373 we saw earlier pointing towards a January release. There, another piece of the puzzle that adds to the mystery. What do you think?
