HTC has released its own Windows Phone 7 dedicated YouTube client which should be available soon for all HTC Windows Phone 7 owners.

After recently updating the HTC Hub with Live Tile functionality, the Taiwanese manufacturer released a Windows Phone 6.x-like stand-alone YouTube application which takes advantage of the new Metro UI by employing Panorama screens. While there already are a couple of YouTube plugins for Windows Phone 7, HTC’s YouTube app for the new platform brings high quality playback via WiFi as well as a good search function and Most Viewed, Most Discussed, Top rated, Categories and History sections with their respective thumbnails.

Until it reaches the HTC App Hub, WPCentral reports you might be able to find and download it from the Marketplace under Apps, Music & Video, New, given you own an HTC Windows Phone 7.
