With a first T-Mobile website appearance at the beginning of October and a November 3 launch on the magenta carrier, the ruggedized Motorola Defy makes its way to Korea.

Motorola has launched the Motorola Defy today in Korea bringing the “abuse-proof” handset to Asia. Running Android 2.1 — later upgradeable to Android 2.2 — with MOTOBLUR 1.5, the handset features the same specs, namely an 800MHz processor, 2GB ROM / 512MB RAM, 3.7-inch FWVGA display and a five-megapixel camera, packing also Bluetooth 2.1+ and WiFi b/g/n. The Korean Defy will be available from SK Telecom and has a dedicated website of its own.
