Lumigon Unveils T1 Premium Multimedia Android Handset

Danish manufacturer Lumigon has taken the wraps off the T1, their upcoming premium, multimedia centric Android handset as the device has launched on October 20, 2010 (according to their website) with lots of features, both hardware and software-wise.

The handset sports a Freescale 1GHz i.MX51 3D processor, 3.5-inch capacitive TFT screen, WiFi, Bluetooth, A-GPS, 720P HDMI out, accelerometer, 5-megapixel autofocus camera with flash, 3.5-mm jack for audio, FM receiver and FM transmitter. It will run proprietary Lumigon P-GUI on top of Google’s Android and the materials this handset is built from speak for themselves: combination of aluminum, steel and glass as well as Bang & Olufsen ICEpower amplifier technology for superior audio quality. Oh, and the device also doubles as a universal remote control for various audio-video devices.
