iPhone Makes You Sleep More/Less Due to DST Bug

Australian iPhone users woke early (if they did at all) as their devices’ alarms failed to properly go off due to Daylight Saving Time. The Sydney Morning Herald polled 6,613 iPhone owners and 55% of those interviewed reported the bug affecting reoccurring alarms.

Thing is that not only iPhone users are affected by this alleged bug but everyone who is relying on its iOS device to wake them up in the morning will wake to the reocurring alarm sounding at the time before DST kicks in and looks like New Zeeland users have the same problem too. Daylight Saving Time in the U.S. kicks in November 7 so you might want to manually adjust your alarm one hour early or set a one time instance instead of reocurring alarm until Apple releases a fix for this bug.
