Samsung Transform Reveals All in Official User’s Manual

Sprint has published the entire user manual for its unannounced Samsung Transform Android handset, and those folks hoping for some Autobot-like action will be sorely disappointed. Instead, this Android 2.2-powered QWERTY slider “transforms” through the use of so-called Sprint ID packs, which are basically downloadable themes that promise deep skinning and also include applications — for a fee, of course. Other than that, the Transform seems to feature a pretty standard set of specs, including WiFi, Bluetooth, and a three-megapixel camera. Galaxy S replacement, this is certainly not.

According to BGR, the Transform is running a completely stock Android build, meaning that not even Samsung’s TouchWIZ UI is on board. Still no word on price or release date, but when a full user’s guide hits the web, you know that an official announcement can’t be too far off.
