More Proof HTC Trophy with Windows Phone 7 is Real

Back nearly a year ago, I wrote a post about why the HTC Trophy is my dream device. In summary, the combination of the fantastic front-facing QWERTY plus the high resolution display made it a potential messaging-device-from-heaven. It was supposed to launch with Windows Mobile 6.5, but now with Microsoft onto bigger and better things with Windows Phone 7, there were rumors of whether HTC would be pushing ahead with this fantastic form factor but with Windows Phone 7. Those rumors now have more weight as German site BestBoyz shows us a screenshot from a Vodafone inventory system listing the HTC Trophy as the “HTC Trophy 7” which follows the naming convention used for the also rumored HTC HD7. Let’s keep our fingers crossed that HTC is indeed working on the Trophy.
