Codenamed the BlackBerry Oxford, the BlackBerry flip clamshell smartphone was caught a number of times running OS 6, and it seems that Research in Motion will be giving the flip phone its own branding option. Also known as the BlackBerry 9670, the device will be marketed under the BlackBerry Style name brand. Now, we have several different BlackBerry lines–Torch, Curve, Bold, Storm, and Style.

The Style will feature a full QWERTY keyboard as its input method. It will have an external screen for notifications and caller ID as well as an internal screen when flipped open.

The BlackBerry Style will be marketed towards CDMA customers, with Verizon Wireless and Sprint rumored to be getting the device in the U.S.
