Launched back in March, Facebook for Palm webOS 1.1 had some basic functionality and based on user reviews and feedback, Palm has launched today an updated version of their Facebook app, namely version 1.3.

The new version brings, according to the Official Palm Blog, many new features like selectable feeds (decide which feeds to display, by type, networks, locations and lists), comments in the feed, photo tagging (you can not tag yourself as well as your friends in a photo), landscape mode (all you have to do is change the orientation of your Device and Facebook will follow), clearing multiple notifications at once (tap on the notification globe at the top-left corner of the app, then tap See All Notifications, then perform a back gesture (by swiping from right to left below your screen) or tap the Facebook logo), and lots of performance enhancements.

You can download the new Facebook app by visiting this page but you might as well follow the application’s Facebook page now counting more than 30,000 fans!
