Google Voice Actions Gives You More Voice Commands for Android

Google announced Voice Actions today, which will give Android users more control of their Android handsets using voice-based commands. Voice Actions will be available for Android Froyo 2.2 devices–just search for it in Android Market–and will ship natively with the Droid 2.

Google had enabled some voice control on its Android handset prior, including commands for navigation by saying “Navigate to (address)”, but Voice Actions take it a step further by introducing controls for music playback, website navigation, calls, contacts, notes to self, and more.
