KIN Gets New Twitter Features

It looks like the KIN is still kicking! If you loaded up a KIN phone recently you might have noticed some new features. There was no actual user-indication of an update being installed or downloaded, but the new features just magically appeared. First up you’ve got Twitter avatar images in the Loop now. I’m glad to see that since previously all you had were blank little boxes.

You’ve also got the ability to reply to Twitter tweets! That’s a very welcome addition!

The KIN Loop will also show image links within the shell instead of having to load up the browser now. That should work with Twitpic, TweetPhoto and yfrog and you’ll be able to pinch to zoom those images very nicely.
