A Windows Phone 7 Voice Recognition Button Appears

Microsoft still won’t tell us anything about Windows Phone 7’s voice recognition support or what kind of TellMe software integration might be going on in there, but we noticed the Bing app now has a little microphone button on the right side of the input field. The Microsoft representative showing us this phone obviously wasn’t allowed to talk about it, but we’re excited to see that there’s being some work done on the voice/audio interface front. Hopefully it won’t be some lame implementation that requires on-screen confirmation button presses or doesn’t provide audible results and feedback.
