Las Vegas Augmented Reality App Released

Augmented reality is super helpful when navigating a new place. it places information overlays on top of a visual map that responds to your movement, almost as if you had goggles on that told you information about your location. We just got a press release mentioning that the MGM Mirage has launched a free augmented reality app for the iPhone 3GS that lets you identify and learn more about various hotels and casinos along the Las Vegas strip.
