How to Add Facebook for Windows Mobile Landscape Support on the HD2

I was a bit annyoed the other day while browsing Facebook on my HD2 because I wanted to see some of the pages, especially some pictures in landscape and the HD2 just wouldn’t go to landscape.

If you want to add landscape support for Facebook on your HD2, you have to edit your Registry at HKEY_CURRENT_USERSoftwareHTCHTCSENSORGSensorWhiteList – this is the place where HTC’s native rotation stores all the apps to rotate – and add a new String called “Facebook” (without the quotes) with the value “Facebook” (again, without the quotes). Soft reset and Facebook should go into landscape when you tilt your Device from now on.
