Brandon’s going to be doing a review of the Nexus One soon, but some daring soul already tore down the Nexus One to reveal the handset’s innards. What’s inside is–as we all know–a Qualcomm Snapdragon 1 GHz CPU, but there’s more. We’re seeing also a Synaptics capacitive touchscreen, and a Broadcom BCM4329EKUBG chipset. The last of which–the Broadcom chip–is interesting in that it is potential of WiFi 802.11n, though Google only lists WiFi specs as b and g. Additionally, the chip could also handle FM radio transmission and receiving, meaning you can potentially MP3 tune into your favorite local radio station or broadcast your tunes locally to your car radio.
