Marketplace Pick: LangLearner Spelling Bee

LangLearner has yet another mobile language application now available in the Windows Mobile Marketplace. You may have already seen LangLearner Lite and the very useful LangLearner Translator. This time, we’ve got a Spelling Bee application that speaks a word for you and then listens to hear if you can spell it correctly using voice recognition.

The software is available in the Windows Mobile Marketplace here for $4.99, and will also be available in the Android Market soon. There are about 50 words per grade level, and 80 words in the Spelling Bee Winners level. The words are fetched from the LangLearner servers and can/will be extended as time goes on. This year’s Spelling Bee competition study words will be available soon. You can also use the Feedback menu item to suggest words for inclusion.
