In part 2, I benchmark the performance of both devices (unscientifically) in terms of start up time, GPS signal acquisition, program launching and more. The winner for this round is the Q9 Global, and that makes sense considering it has a faster processor, though less RAM than the BlackJack II. See this comparison table for more details.
